Recently I had the pleasure of filming Melbourne Band, Hoy, at the Empress Hotel.

It was my first time filming anything and I am really happy with the way the videos turned out. I used my Canon 60D with a Canon 50mm F1.8. The flip out screen on the 60D is a handy little feature. It allowed me to sling my strap around my neck, hold the camera low to steady and still be able to see what my shot looked like. Hopefully I’ll have more to show in the future.
